How We Work With GCs

Phase 1: Rough Clean
Debris removal, broom sweeping, window protection removal, construction waste disposal. Typically performed before finishing trades return.
Phase 2: Final Clean
Detailed cleaning of all surfaces, fixtures, glass, floors, and millwork. Delivered to owner-presentation standard.
HVAC Vent Cleaning
Construction dust accumulates in HVAC vents. We clean all supply and return registers before building commissioning.
Certificate of Completion
We provide documented confirmation of scope completion for your project records and owner delivery package.
Flexible Access Coordination
Phased access, after-hours entry, and multi-floor sequencing available. We adapt to your site logistics.
