Our Story
We started V&N in 2009 serving a handful of small office buildings in Essex County. What set us apart wasn't a fancy pitch — it was that we showed up on time, did the work right, and communicated clearly when something went wrong.
That reputation spread. Property managers referred us to other property managers. Facility managers brought us in when they took new roles at new companies. General contractors started calling us for post-construction cleanups because they knew we'd hit their close-out deadlines.
